Stop Spending Money On Women, Focus On Building Wealth- Spyro Advises Men

  • Nigerian singer Spyro addressed financial struggles faced by some music colleagues despite high earnings.
  • He spoke at a recent event, highlighting the impact of sudden fame and wealth on financial habits.
  • Emphasized that quick success can lead to poor money management and eventual financial difficulties.

Nigerian singer Spyro has shared his thoughts on why some of his colleagues in the music industry eventually end up broke despite earning significant income at the peak of their careers.

GistLover reports that the singer made the remarks while performing at a recent event over the weekend, where he discussed how sudden fame and wealth can easily lead to poor financial habits.

According to him, some artistes tend to spend lavishly on parties, frequent travels, and relationships, particularly with foreign women, instead of saving or making wise investments.

Spyro noted that while it is important to enjoy life and be generous, reckless spending can quickly wipe out financial progress.

The Who’s Your Guy hitmaker advised young men in the audience to be more intentional with their finances and to prioritize long-term planning over living only for the present moment.

He further revealed that after gaining fame and wealth, he received attention from several people, including social media influencers who even offered to sponsor trips for him.

However, Spyro said he declined such offers in order to stay focused on his music career and make more disciplined financial choices.

His words….

“If you are here and you are spending money on women I think you are wasting your time. I not saying you should not spend on your woman but use your head.

“I know some of my colleagues who went broke because they made their first bag and blew it off on parties and trips to South Africa. But I didn’t move that way and that is why I am where I am,”.
