Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, represented by Youth and Social Development Commissioner Mobolaji Ogunlende, lauded the energy company’s ongoing commitment to youth empowerment through sports. The state government expressed eagerness to maintain its partnership with TotalEnergies to enhance youth competitiveness in global sports.

During the ceremonial dinner, Commissioner Ogunlende emphasized the need for more corporate involvement in sports development, stating, “I feel very happy to be part of this magnificent event. And for Total Energies, I want to thank you very much for what you are doing. We need more of Total Energies in the sporting industry.”

The event garnered support from key stakeholders, including National Sports Commission Chairman Shehu Dikko and Premium Trust Bank Managing Director Emmanuel Emefienim.
