Ingredients

  • 500g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons suya spice
  • 1 tablespoon multipurpose seasoning
  • 1 brown onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 stock cubes
  • Salt to taste

Steps to Follow

  • Step 1: Season chicken with salt, 1 stock cube and suya spice. Marinate for 10-60 minutes (can marinate up to 2 hours if preparing ahead)
  • Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok and cook chicken for 5-10 minutes until done
  • Step 3: Add onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes
  • Step 4: Add bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 5: Add cabbage, multipurpose seasoning and remaining stock cube

  • Step 8: Cook for final 3-5 minutes before removing from heat
