Dufil Prima Foods Empowers Nigerian Teachers with 21st Century Skills Training
Dufil Prima Foods, the company behind Indomie noodles, recently hosted its Annual Teachers’ Seminar in Lagos, reinforcing its commitment to transforming Nigeria’s educational landscape to meet international standards.
The seminar focused on equipping educators with modern teaching methodologies, particularly emphasizing the four key areas of communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. These skills align with Nigeria’s ongoing curriculum reform initiatives and contemporary classroom requirements.
Speaking at the event, Professor Sunday Adeyemo, a distinguished expert in Science Education and Curriculum Studies from the University of Lagos, emphasized the changing nature of education. “Teaching has evolved, and our teachers must evolve with it. To achieve genuine progress in our education system, educators must adopt 21st-century skills and embrace digital tools that drive learning outcomes,” he stated.

The event received notable endorsement from Olori Temitope Oloko of Iwaya-Yaba Kingdom, who commended both the program’s objectives and the participants’ enthusiasm.
