- 1 large chicken breast (halved)
- 4-5 green vegetables leaves (Tete/Aleho)
- 3-4 strips tatashe (red bell pepper)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Suya Yaji seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dry pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 chicken seasoning cube
- Kitchen twine for tying

Steps to Follow
- Step 1: Debone the chicken breast completely
- Step 2: Place chicken between plastic wrap and flatten using a meat mallet or rolling pin
- Step 3: Season both sides with chicken cube and Suya Yaji
