- 10 medium tomatoes

- Groundnut or vegetable oil for frying

Steps to Follow
- Step 1: Peel and slice the yam into desired sizes
- Step 2: Season the yam slices with salt
- Step 3: Deep fry the yam until golden brown, turning occasionally to prevent burning
