Bone broth is a nutrient-rich, collagen-packed liquid made by slow-cooking various animal bones and vegetables. This traditional recipe yields both a nourishing broth and beneficial collagen oil that can be used separately.
This healing elixir offers numerous health benefits including improved bone density, enhanced skin elasticity, anti-aging properties, and support for joint health. The slow-cooking process extracts maximum nutrients from the ingredients.
