- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- 3 cups golden sella basmati or long grain rice
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1.5 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon parsley, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bouillon cube, crushed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 6 cups chicken broth
- Salt to taste
Steps to Follow
- Step 1: Combine paprika, garlic granules, black pepper, parsley, Italian seasoning, thyme, crushed bouillon cube, and salt in a bowl.
- Step 2: Pat chicken drumsticks dry and coat evenly with half of the seasoning mixture.
